We were original partners with U.S. Customs in the elite Super Carrier Initiative Agreement, which protects against the smuggling of contraband products, drugs and stowaways. We were the first ocean carrier to sign up for the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT), and are now fully validated by U.S. Customs and Border Protection, a designation held by fewer than 10% of C-TPAT registered companies.

security patrols, and monitored by cameras. Plus, whether it’scoming or going, we run cargo through multiple security checks.

Our new container equipment is even more secure. It features unique construction and extra anti-intrusion rear door security elements. Over the road, we use truckers with GPS systems and we’ve installed cargo-tracking systems with some of our containers to keep a closer eye on shipments.
