FACILITY SECURITY Crowley and Security New U.S. Coast Guard Maritime Security Regulations will commence on July 1, 2004. All Crowley facilities operating under the jurisdiction of these rules will have an approved "Facility Security Plan (FSP)". The FSP outlines mandatory security Policies, Procedures and Practices that must be maintained at port facilities and terminals. All employees play a vital role in the safe and secure implementation of the FSP.
